By accessing or using ChatHire (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Fourth Technologies Inc. ("ChatHire," "we," "us," or "our").
If you are using ChatHire on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
ChatHire provides an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS), resume scoring tools, AI interview practice, job listings, a developer API, and related services. Features vary by plan and are described at chathire.ai/#pricing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to account holders.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an employer or developer account. Job seekers may use free tools without creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@chathire.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information updated.
As an employer using ChatHire, you agree to:

The ChatHire Careers & CRM WordPress plugin connects your WordPress site to your ChatHire account. By installing and activating the plugin:

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Free trials are available for new employer accounts only. One free trial per organization. We reserve the right to terminate trial accounts that show signs of abuse.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
ChatHire and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Fourth Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on ChatHire without our written permission.
You retain ownership of data you submit to ChatHire (job listings, resume content, etc.). By submitting data, you grant ChatHire a limited license to process that data to provide the Service.
ChatHire is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated scores, recommendations, and interview feedback are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourth Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ChatHire. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fourth Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of ChatHire, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or fail to pay fees when due. Upon termination, your right to use ChatHire ends immediately. We will retain data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ChatHire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
